Premium Japanese 3-ply thread made using 100% cotton - it has a unique slightly textured feel that adds an extra dimension to your repairs and at the same time gives a little extra strength to the thread.

It has a tight twist which won't split apart as you weave unlike most commercially available embroidery floss and a matt finish (non-mercerised) helping you to create a natural looking darn.

This thread is thicker than our signature extra-fine cotton thread, but thinner than our signature fine cotton thread - basically between the two. If you require a thicker thread for your mending project you can always work with this thread doubled up.

Each card contains approximately 10 m (33 ft) of yarn.
