Created from pieces of washed-up pottery all tumbled in the rough Atlantic seas, these minders are the cutest temporary resting place for a needle or pin or two. If you're forever losing your needle whilst stitching then you need one of these!

This collection features beautiful chunky mottled blue sherds and pieces of classic Victorian Willow pattern; a classic blue-and-white decorative motif created in late 18th-century England (around 1780–1790) by potters like Thomas Minton, Josiah Spode, and Thomas Turner at factories in Caughley and Stoke-on-Trent.

Place the decorative side on the front of your work and position the super strong backing magnet on the reverse side, sandwiching fabric between the two magnets. The needle (or other tools) can then be placed on the decorative side where the magnet will hold it securely.

Alternatively wear it on your clothes or place it on the table whilst stitching.

Obviously a plain magnet would do the job all the same, but that's just a bit too boring for us. Wherever there's an opportunity to upcycle something you can count on us to do just that! From tumbled treasure to a handy repair tool.

Measurements

#12 is the smallest piece and measures approx 2cm x 1.8cm

#1 is the largest piece and measures approx 5cm x 3.8m

Safety Information

These magnets are very strong and should not be placed near items that could be affected by magnets e.g. pacemakers and mobile phones.

Please keep away from children.
