UK orders will be posted using Royal Mail First Class post, which they aim to deliver within 1-2 working days (this service is not tracked but you will receive a reference number). For larger parcels we also offer Royal Mail Second Class or Tracked and Signed For options. Your shipping cost will be depend on the weight of your order and size of individual items. The delivery cost will be calculated automatically when you come to the checkout.
We aim to ship within 48 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays), provided items are in stock. You will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Parcels usually arrive within 2/3 days of dispatch but please allow 5 working days from receiving your dispatched email for the postman to bring your parcel!
We ship to the customer address supplied when the order is placed. We retain proof of postage for all parcels and cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post unless sent via a Tracked and Signed service. If an item is sent via Royal Mail Standard and is not delivered, the customer will need to make a claim to Royal Mail for the lost parcel.
E.U & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship a parcel to you anywhere in the world! We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. Your shipping cost will be depend on the weight of your order and shipping address. This will be calculated automatically when you come to the checkout.
For orders sent outside of the UK customs charges can sometimes be applied upon receipt of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are sent in recycled cardboard boxes or brown paper envelopes which can be reused or recycled themselves. All products are wrapped in tissue paper and/or brown paper and secured with paper tape. Where possible we try to avoid using plastic packaging, but I have some packaging materials I have collected over the years which I occasionally use, so please rest assured this is not new but reused e.g. bubble wrap or plastic greeting card envelopes.
We make every effort to provide full details and accurate images for all of our products, however colours may vary on different monitors. If you have any questions about a product please contact us.
In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please contact us on email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a return and refund or exchange. Any goods being returned need to be unopened and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise.
Unused and unopened products can be returned in their original condition within 28 days. When making an exchange, the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the return.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. When making an exchange, the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the return.
